Hosting

Hosting refund eligibility depends on the package, billing term and the terms shown during WHMCS checkout.

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are usually non-refundable once submitted to the registry.

Website development payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
